Problem:

"User is not able to open her Outlook 2010 program. Upon opening it prompts for a email and password. I input her password she has had for 1 year+. It does not open and it re-prompts for the outlook program email and password."

Resolution:

Office needs service pack 2 in order to function with Office 365.
