You should know that I (robert)am no longer in control of the company because I had a shitty divorce lawyer! The company is now being run by my ex wife and A former employee! My EX has ZERO Technical knowledge, and was and is completely out of her league running any business (but especially Texas Technology Support Inc.) Which has been proven by her failure to manage the business assets and failing to pay multiple vendors including the CrashPlan backup software and the Trend Micro Security Suite since stealing the business from me. She “MAY” be caught back up now, but for several months all of you were at high risk for data loss! It should be noted that in the 25 years I was running and managing the business prior to the divorce, I never missed a vendor payment and there was never a time any of you were at risk for data loss even after I got my brain cancer diagnosis! As of right now, I have relocated to Tennesse have have restarted the business under its original name of REMOTE IT FOR SMB INC which is what it was back when Charles Konon and I started it back in 2003.i am hoping you will consider moving your business away from my ex wife and over to me in Tennesse! I would do the remote support and if an onsite tech is needed, Jeremy Ewing has agreed to perform that role (i know some of you make have recieved an email from my EX stating Jeremy was working for her; THAT WAS A LIE! While I have your attention, I have moved out of Texas, but have restarted the business in Tennessee under the old name of Remote IT for SMB, inc. (which is what it was originally called when myself and Charles Konon created it back in 2003) If you would like to move over/back to me , I can provide you remote support and I have a technician in Texas that I can send onsite if the need arises! Also, I am reducing my monthly rates on both pcs and servers so coming back to me will actually save you money! (Note there isn’t any NON COMPETE in place that would cause any problems with this, it’s just a simple matter of adding me back as in admin if you have or use intermedia or Microsoft Office 365 as your email or phone provider and then sending my now ex-wife a termination of services email! I would then send you a USB drive with the new screen connect software that you can install at your leisure and then,I will remove all the old TTS Stuff and replace it with software whose vendors will be paid on time every time! All that will be done after hours so as not to disturb your employees. Lastly I will set up a PayPal invoice that i will send out the last week of the month to be paid on the first for services rendered. Once I have moved a sufficient number of clients I can then bring Andrew back on board so everything will be the same as it was and you can be confidant that your business is protected as at has been the last 23 years minus the time the courts forced me out because i had a lousy divorce lawyer! She has ZERO technical knowledge, and I did not provide her with any process knowledge on how to run the business since she left me after I provided for her and the family for 27 years, but when I got sick with cancer she completely forgot our wedding vows of “ in sickness and in health” (or at the very least assumed it just meant “ if she got sick”) I gave that bitch the American dream! Large house, 2 cars, child, dog, and an easy life were she never had to lift a finger (and she took full advantage of that!) She never wanted for anything, and we took travel vacations at least every other year for the last 30 years!
